Below is the step by step in making this powerpoint template. Of course, it would be helpful if you also watched the video.

1. Slide size: widescreen (16:9)
2. Shape: rectangle rounded cornors, no outline, white, shadows (outer: offset bottom, color: orange accent 2 darker 25%, transparency 0%, size 100%, blur 4pt, angle 45 degree, distance 10pt) 
3. Background color: orange accent 2 darker 50%
4. Shape: oval (height 1cm, width 1cm), no outline, orange accent 2 darker 50%
5. Shape: rectangle rounded cornors (height 0.2cm, width 2cm), no outline, fill (gradient fill with 4 gradient stop: black, white, white, black)
6. Ctrl G to group the shape. Ctrl D or ctrl shift to duplicate the shape. 
7. Align distribute vertically
8. Shape: line, shape outline (weight 1pt, dash, color same with background color), send to backward
9. Shape: right triangle (height 0.6cm, width 11.5cm), rotate vertical, no outline, gradient fill (direction liner up, 2 gradient stop gray and white, transparency 50%, brightness 50%)
10. Shape:  rectangle (height 3.81cm, width 0.56cm), no outline
11. Ctrl G to group, Ctrl D to duplicate become 4 shapes
12. Ctrl G to group and Ctrl D to duplicate, rotate flip horisontal
13. Change the color
14. I have provided the example content and icon for purpose of this video. So, I just need to copy and paste them to here.
15. Feel free to adjust the color and give some animation. Here, I use rise up and zoom.
